CONTEST POLICIES
1. Entry: No purchase necessary to enter. Contestants will enter by submitting their entry according to the specific contest rules either by email.
2. Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents, over the age of 18. Employees and Contractors of Sole Toscana LLC (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes.
3. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules, spirt or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of
Sole Toscana LLC. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of
Sole Toscana LLC.
4. Prizes: Winners will receive the prize(s) specified by the contest. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by
Sole Toscana LLC. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at
Sole Toscana LLC discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
Prize, discount and store credit codes expire within a reasonable period of time, are not stackable and only one can be used with each purchase. Prize, discount and store credit code can not be used in combination with the code for free shipping and discount associated with the Insiders Launch and must be used separately. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for
Sole Toscana LLC to use winner's name and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
Sole Toscana LLC will judge the contest. All decisions of the judges are final. Winners will be notified within 30 days after the determination date. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sole Toscana LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, store, reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission in all media for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation.
