Life often gets stressful, and we find ourselves struggling to manage anxieties. We turn to things like meditation, exercise, and journaling to reduce stress. These are all fantastic, but there's something else that can help you stay calm: adaptogenic lattes.
Adaptogens are herbs and plants that balance and support your adrenal system. They carry calming properties and aid in soothing symptoms that result from stress.
