CREAMY COCONUT, MACA AND DATE DELIGHT
Ingredients
1tbsp coconut sugar
1tbsp coconut oil
1tbsp Maca
1tbsp flax flour
Half cup of coconut milk
Half cup ice water
1tbsp of nut butter
1 banana
6 pitted dates (soak them overnight)
Method
Blend all the ingredients thoroughly, then serve. Enjoy!
