1tbsp coconut sugar
1tbsp coconut oil
1tbsp flax flour
Half cup of coconut milk
Half cup ice water
1tbsp of nut butter
6 pitted dates (soak them overnight)
Blend all the ingredients thoroughly, then serve. Enjoy!
