Chemical-free Solutions for Wrinkles & Achieving Skin Glow

Chemical-free Solutions for Wrinkles & Achieving Skin Glow

If you're noticing more wrinkles and this bothers you, you've probably thought about or even tried rejuvenating solutions. However, the chemical-laden beauty products that promise to reduce wrinkles and slow aging don't do the job.

Is it possible to find a solution in addition to your high quality organic products that is natural, affordable and helps you age beautifully? Yes! Use DIY products that you can trust. These will help you, in addition to your regular skincare, to achieve healthy skin and ward off wrinkles.

1 Coconut whipped body butter

Our skin gets exposed to numerous pollutants, germs, and oils throughout the day. That's where coconut oil comes in to help combat this exposure- its Caprylic and Lauric fatty acids help to minimize inflammation and provide moisture both internally and externally.

This wonder oil will smooth and hydrate your skin and is clinically proven to reduce wrinkling. You can enjoy these benefits by using the recipe below.

1 Cup Extra Virgin Oil

½ Cup Shea Butter

1 Cup Cocoa Butter

½ Cup Kukui Nut Oil

¼ Cup Jojoba Oil

20 Drops of Essential Oil

¼ Cup Macadamia Nut Oil (Or Avocado Oil)

Melt the cocoa butter and shea butter together.

Add the kukui nut oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, and macadamia nut oil.

Whip the mixture until it acquires the desired butter-like consistency.

Add your favorite essential oil and allow it to cool before use. Place in a jar and use after taking a shower.

2 Olive oil cleanser and moisturizer

Wrinkling doesn't only come from aging, but also due to the reduction of elasticity, moisture and lack of nutrients.

Olive oil contains polyphenols, which combat free-radicals. It also has Vitamins A and E that moisturize the skin. This oil also renews skin cells and helps to cleanse the skin. Its oleic acids provide anti-aging properties, mono-saturated fats, and B & D vitamins that prevent the formation of new wrinkles.

1 tbsp of Castor Oil

½ cup Cold-pressed Olive Oil

10 drops of Lavender (or other )Essential Oil

Mix all the ingredients, pour into a pump bottle, and use the oil blend as desired.

3 Cucumber aloe cold cream

Cucumbers are fantastic for reducing skin irritations, inflammation, and hydrating your skin. Vitamin C and Caffeic Acids in cucumbers contribute to alleviating the reduction of puffy eyes, dry skin, and aging.

Aloe Vera is another incredible ingredient that will leave you smelling fresh, and your skin feeling reinvigorated. It's an anti-aging gel that soothes, moisturizes, and renews.

Aloe Vera reverses the effects of damage, sunburn, and rough skin by increasing collagen fibers that help your skin stay firm.

Both cucumber and aloe vera work to reduce wrinkles and keep your skin looking youthful.

1 Cucumber

½ cup Aloe Vera Gel

½ cup Olive Oil

½ cup Organic Coconut Oil

Juice or blend the cucumber.

Melt the olive oil and coconut oil together and then cool.

Pour the cooled oils and cucumber into a mixing bowl, and slowly add the aloe vera gel as you mix.

Stir until you achieve a smooth lotion. Pour into a lotion bottle and store in the fridge until its ready to use.

Looking and feeling beautiful is essential to every woman at every stage of her life. Using these simple, wrinkle-reducing DIYs will help you glow and feel confident. Your skin and wrinkles improve and the rest of your body will perk up too.

When wrinkles show up, they're a signal that your skin needs some extra TLC. Swap the chemically-laden and expensive moisturizers for inexpensive, fresh, and healthy alternatives from your kitchen. There's no better way to take care of your skin.
