To make things easier, prepare a big pot at the beginning of the week, then drink a cup or two every day. You can customize this recipe by adding whatever spices you like.

• 4 cups of water

• 3 tbsp of shatavari root

• 2 tbsp of turmeric

• 1 tbsp of cinnamon

• 1 tsp of black pepper

• 2 tsp of ginger

  2. Reduce the heat, let it to a simmer for about 30 minutes.
  3. Strain and enjoy!

We recommend drinking 1-3 cups daily. You could incorporate it into your regimen by replacing your morning brew with this tea.

Other flavors you could try- nutmeg, cacao, star anise, clove, and chicory.

You could also experiment with these medicinal herbs: astragalus, reishi, marshmallow root, dandelion root, willow, ashwagandha, kava, yellow dock, and ceanothus.
